The Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management (BSHRM) was established in 1996 under Msgr. Ricardo Jesus T. Serrano’s initiative as one of the new courses deemed relevant to make educational services more responsive to society’s changing demands in Region III particularly in Pampanga. Government Recognition of the BSHRM program was granted by the Commission of Higher Education (CHED) in February 28, 2000.
In 2008, the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) program was added to the roster of active programs in the University. Government Recognition was granted by CHED in January 17, 2012. The BSHRM and BSTM programs were under the College of Hospitality Management (CHM).
