26 Nov OUR and NSTP to Hold Motivational and Goal Setting Seminar
[lsvr_lead]College is always a challenge to many freshmen students. There are new lessons to be learned, new places to discover and new persons to befriend with. But, it can also be motivational and rewarding if worked out properly through proper goal setting.[/lsvr_lead]
The UA Office of the University Registrar (OUR) and the UA National Service Training Program (NSTP) Office joined hands to help the college freshmen students address the challenge through a Seminar on Self-Motivation and Goal Setting.
According to the University Registrar, Mrs. Ma. Theresa Feliciano-Angeles, MPA, the seminar will guide the students in identifying their goals, determining motivational mechanisms in pursuing them and naming ways for re-evaluating them.
“(It) aims to develop life and career skills needed for students in accomplishing their goals,”
Angeles said. She also added that the UA attributes will be discussed.
The seminar will be held on November 28, 2015 at the Msgr. Ricardo Serrano Auditorium. It will have two sessions: one at 8:00AM and another at 10:00AM.
